LeadsCon 2025 – Las Vegas

It’s been a few weeks since LeadsCon 2025 wrapped up, and I’ve finally recovered from the whirlwind that is Las Vegas.

I’ve been attending LeadsCon since its very first edition in 2007, and every year it proves itself as one of the most valuable industry events for anyone working in performance marketinglead generation, or digital customer acquisition.

From reconnecting with long-time partners to discovering fresh tools and perspectives, LeadsCon continues to be a high-leverage two days for reflection, insight, and new opportunity.

Sessions That Delivered

This year, a few standout sessions brought real value — not fluff:

Elevating Performance Marketing: Leadership Beyond Metrics

Led by Sean-Reed McGee and Ndala Booker, this session focused on how marketing leaders can move beyond dashboard metrics and step into real leadership. It was a candid, strategic look at performance marketing’s evolution inside growing organizations.

Accessing Lead Quality & Lead Scoring Methods

This panel featured Bill RiceEthan Ewing, and Michael Zerr, who shared practical frameworks for evaluating and scoring leads in complex funnels. The conversation went far beyond surface-level KPIs, diving into behavioral data, feedback loops, and decision-stage visibility.

Both sessions were grounded, practical, and refreshingly not dominated by discussions around 1-to-1 consent — a welcome shift toward the work that actually drives outcomes.

More Than Sessions: The Real Value

What I valued most? The 1:1 conversations.

LeadsCon has always been more than keynotes. It’s where real industry players meet:

Catching up with familiar faces, meeting future collaborators, and digging into what’s actually working made this trip worth every minute.
